We’ve made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through “My Account”. “My Account” allows you complete control over your transactions at Sanatan Shop.

How do I register or create an account on SanatanShop?
To enjoy shopping with us, you need to use Google/available social login or register with ‘SanatanShop.com’ that shall allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions and order status. Two of our sections i.e. Shopping Cart and My Account are password protected. You can change/edit your profile or password from “My Account” section.
When you click on any of these links you will reach a sign-in page. A new user can register here or members can log in to their account directly; else, to reach there directly, click on “Login ” on the top of the Home page to register online with us. If you are already registered with ‘SanatanShop’ then you can use the same credentials to login on ‘SanatanShop.com‘
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
- With Bank Wire Transfer & Online Money Transfer payment mode, you will pay the billing amount in advance & then only you receive the order confirmation message.
- SanatanShop will send auto confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your SanatanShop account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. #OD1) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered.
Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?
Unfortunately, we do not have these products available for sale, but you can request notification email when product is available. You will receive a notification email when it is back in stock.
Is it necessary to have a SanatanShop account to shop?

By entering details into the order summary, address and billing interfaces you acknowledge that those details will form the basis of an electronic agreement between Sanatan Shop and you, following acceptance of which you will become party to. Any corrections required in those details should be made by you prior to your acceptance of the agreement.
Can I send gifts to friends/relatives from SanatanShop ?
This facility is available on SanatanShop. To avail this facility you have to carefully fill the billing address and delivery address. To send gifts at friends or relatives location you are required to provide the proper delivery address of your friends/relatives and proper billing address with Correct Pin code is required for payments.

Does SanatanShop deliver internationally?
Currently, SanatanShop doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure that the Billing Address and the Delivery Address is within India.
How do I Place an order on SanatanShop?
Placing an order on SanatanShop is quick and simple.
Step 1: Browse through our catalog and categories for your desired products.
Step 2: As you browse through the store, you can place the items that you wish to purchase instantly in your Shopping Cart. Review the details of the product, insert the quantity of item and click “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page. This will insert the selected products into the cart which is at the top left corner beside product details.
Step 3: Once you are finished with adding desired products into the cart click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. Now a Shopping Cart page will open that will showcase products/items that you have selected to buy. You can change the quantity of the items from this page and can also remove items from your shopping cart. To continue shopping click on “Continue Shopping” and to complete your order scroll down the page to fill the required details.
Step 4: Enter the billing and shipping addresses and place the order right away.
Step 5: Already registered user can sign in using social login or password. Stored shipping address and billing address will be filled up in the form. Continue or enter a new shipping and billing address. New user will be asked to enter new shipping and billing address
Step 6: Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Cart. Review your order and to proceed further click the checkbox in step 2 to agree the terms of service.
Step 7: Choose any one payment mode option out of Cash on Delivery / Bank Wire Transfer / Online Payment Gateway to continue further.
Step 8: If you select Bank wire transfer then our Bank detail information directly send to your mail-id. So please deposit that amount in Bank. If you select Online Payment option then you will be redirected to the online facility page, which shows Net Banking or Credit/Debit card facility.
Step 9: Once you confirm the order, you will be redirected to order confirmation page on our website to demonstrate for successful order placement. An email will be sent to your registered email id so that you can keep a note of your order details. For every order you place we provide a unique order number. Please quote this number for all interactions for any post order queries to Customer service.
Note: In order to receive emails from SanatanShop you are required to add our email address firstname.lastname@example.org in your email contact list. This will make sure that every mail from SanatanShop will reach in your inbox.
What is this shopping cart thing?
Shopping cart is a basket where you can accumulate all your products and pay the grand total at the time of check out just like you do in your nearest shopping mall.
What is checkout?
Check out is the last action of your buying process. At this step, you will require to mention your payment mode, billing address, delivery address etc.
Why do I need a billing address?
This is chiefly for gifting purpose or the payee is out of the shipping address area.

How do I pay for a SanatanShop purchase?
SanatanShop offers you COD (Cash On Delivery) Bank Wire Transfer / Online Payment Gateway payment methods. You will be required to make any one of this payment option.
If you go with COD then, you have to pay our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment.
If you go with Bank wire transfer then our Bank detail information directly send to your mail-id. So Please deposit that amount in Bank.
If you select Online Payment option then you will be redirect to online facility page, which shows Net Banking or Credit/Debit card facility.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on SanatanShop?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on SanatanShop. The prices listed on your order are final. The price you see on your order is exactly what you pay which includes Shipping and Handling Charges.
In fact, we waive off shipping charges All Over India for delivery on orders worth Rs. 700 and above.
Note: Handling charges are applicable for all the items you buy on SanatanShop. Currently handling charges are included under shipping charges. So when shipping charges are waived on your order you will still see amount under shipping which is actually handling charge.
Are there any terms and conditions for All Payment Modes
- COD: You will be required to make a cash-only payment to Indian Post at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment. As per postal policy, Extra 5% charges for money order form For VPP Facility will be recovered from you by the postman.
- Online Payment: As per Pricing rule of Pay U Online Some Percentage of Transaction charges + Service tax applicable on your order amount. (Note: We are not linked to the PayU payment gateway in any way and are not responsible for any error on their interface.)
- Bank wire transfer: No extra charges required.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with SanatanShop.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Orders” link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details & in SanatanShop site under My Account section by selecting specific order number.
What does the different order status mean ?
- Preparation in progress: We have received your order and are processing your order.
- Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
- Order Canceled: The order was cancelled.
- Order Delivered: Your order has been delivered
- Payment accepted: The payment of your order has been received.
- Awaiting Bank wire Payment: We have received your order and are pending for payment.
- Refund: Amount return for Specific reason or Customer demand.
When and how can I cancel an order?
You can stop placing your order before you click on ‘PLACE ORDER’. Once your order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

How much are the shipping charges?
SanatanShop provides free delivery All Over India for delivery on order worth Rs. 700 and above. Otherwise according to the weight and delivery location, the shipping charges will be applied.Handling charges will still be applicable.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is about 10 to 15 business days from the date of your order. It may differ in certain circumstances.
For In Stock Items : All orders will be sent by Indian Registered Post through the Value Payable Post and Speed post which may take 10 to 15 business days depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through Indian Registered Post through the VPP (Value Payable Post) & Speed Post. Any Extreme circumstances/condition demand or as per customer requirement we send orders with Reputed Courier Service.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All SanatanShop items are delivered through reputed courier partners – who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
