‘गुगल प्ले स्टोर’पर ‘सनातन ऍप’ का सनातन चैतन्य भंडार की ‘सनातन शॉप’ से कोई भी संबंध नहीं !
भ्रमणभाष पर ‘गुगल प्ले स्टोर’पर ‘सनातन ऍप’ नामक ऍप शुरू हुआ है । इस ऍप को भ्रमणभाष पर ‘इंस्टॉल’ करने पर भ्रमणभाष पर ‘९९ रुपये और उससे अधिक सदस्यता शुल्क लिया जाएगा’, ऐसी सूचना (मेसेज) आती है । ऑनलाईन माध्यम से (यूपीआइ) यह राशि उस व्यक्ति के बैंक खाते से ले ली जाती है; परंतु यह राशि उस व्यक्ति के खाते से केवल एक बार नहीं ली जाती अपितु प्रत्येक महिना बैंक खाते से वसूल कर ली जाती है, ऐसी जानकारी उन लोगों से मिली है जिन्होंने ‘सनातन ऍप’ नामक यह नया ऍप लिया है । इस ऍप के ग्राहक गुगल पर ‘सनातन ऍप’का भ्रमणभाष क्रमांक ढूंढते हैं; परंतु उसे ढूंढते समय उन्हें सनातन ऍप’के क्रमांक दिखाई देने के स्थान पर सनातन चैतन्य भंडार की ‘सनातन शॉप’का क्रमांक दिखाई देता है । इसलिए वे ‘सनातन शॉप’ पर भ्रमणभाष पर संपर्क कर पूछताछ करते हैं । अत: ‘सनातन ऍप’ और ‘सनातन शॉप’ का एकदूसरे से कोई भी संबंध नहीं है ।

‘Sanatan App’ on the Google Play Store and Sanatan Chaitanya Bhandar’s ‘Sanatan Shop’ are completely unrelated!
An app called ‘Sanatan App’ is available on the Google Play Store. When this app is installed on a mobile phone, a message appears stating that a subscription fee ‘99 Rupees and above’ will be charged from the user’s bank account (often using UPI). People who have downloaded this app have noticed that it is not a one time fee but that the amount is deducted from their account every month (as a UPI mandate is created). They then search for the ‘Sanatan App’ contact number on Google; where they come across the number for Sanatan Chaitanya Bhandar’s ‘Sanatan Shop’. We are reciving enquiries about these monthly charges. Please note that ‘Sanatan App’ and ‘Sanatan Shop’ are completely unrelated.
